Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your order, email hello@onlinegardenco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Once the return arrives, we refund the full price of the returned items to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Items should come back unused and in their original packaging, and the return shipping is yours to pay. If a product arrived damaged or defective, tell us within 30 days and we replace or refund it at no cost to you, return shipping included.

Shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

12-month warranty

Every Online Garden Co. product carries a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If a product fails in normal use within that time, email hello@onlinegardenco.com with your order number and a photo; we replace it free of charge, and if we need the item back we send a prepaid return label. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear. This warranty is provided by Online Garden Co. (address and contact details on our Contact information page), and is in addition to your rights under consumer protection law.
