Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Boise, Idaho, within 2 to 5 business days of being placed. Because they ship from inside the United States, there are no customs fees or border delays. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs USD 4.99 on orders under USD 60 and is free on orders of USD 60 or more. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email hello@onlinegardenco.com with your order number and we will trace it or send a replacement.
