Who you are buying from

This store, onlinegardenco.com, is run by Online Garden Co., a business name registered in Ontario, Canada. Our legal name, address and contact details are at the bottom of every page and on our Contact information page. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We describe our products and show their photos as accurately as we can. Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless it is shown at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time; a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is a contract once we email the order confirmation, which is your copy of the agreement. We may cancel an order before it ships if a product is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, our 30-day money-back guarantee and our 12-month warranty are described in our Shipping policy and our Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Use our products for their intended purpose and as described on their product pages.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
